The Process:

    • We will try to diagnose the fault over the phone and give you a rough cost of the price of repair
    • You can bring the board to our shop or we can have it collected and returned 
    • Once we have done the free diagnostic we will call you notifying you of the cost to repair. 
    • Complete the repair if authorised by the customer
    • Return the Hoverboard/Segway by 24hr Parcel Force

       
      Once we have diagnosed your board you will be called and asked for authorisation to carry out the repair.
      Please note: you are under no obligation to have to repair done, we can simply return it next day for you.
