Delivery Information

How long will delivery take?

All orders to the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland*) are posted via a next day delivery, tracked service (Parcel Force). Parcel Force will text you on the day of delivery with a 1-hour time slot. Tracking information is provided via email on the day of dispatch. A signature is required upon delivery of the parcel.

To be eligible for next day delivery, orders should be placed before 2PM. Orders placed before 2PM are processed and dispatched the same working day. If your order is placed after 3PM, the parcel will be processed and dispatched the following working day. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

* Delivery to Northern Ireland takes 2 working days.(please note we do not offer free returns from Northern Ireland).

Do iRollers charge for delivery?

There is no delivery costs. Postage is free of charge to the United Kingdom.

Which courier service will deliver my parcel?

We have great cooperation with Parcel Force 24hr and believe they are the most efficient postal service. If you require the use of any other courier service, please contact us.

Can I track my order?

Full tracking information will be sent via email along with links to web based tracking. If you add your phone number to the mobile field on checkout you will also receive a text with tracking notification.

What time will the parcel be delivered?

Parcel Force will text you on the morning of delivery with a 1 hour time slot for delivery. Deliveries can be between 9AM and 5PM. Be sure to add you mobile information on checkout to be entitled to the text notifications.

Can I change the delivery address?

Yes, once Parcel Force texts you, you can respond to change the delivery address or date of delivery.

Is a signature required upon delivery?

Yes, A signature is required therefore somebody should be present to accept the parcel.

I missed my parcel, what happens now?

If you are not in, the parcel with either be delivered to a neighbour or be held in the local courier office awaiting instruction for redelivery. In such cases the courier will post a delivery attempt card through your post box, please make arrangements to collect your parcel, re-arrange delivery or pickup from your neighbour. If you have not received your parcel within 3 working days please contact us so we can assist.
